Right now I'm dealing with some allergies so I wanted to know what are you guys do when you have to deal with a really bad allergies or like oh God I've been getting so sick like it's own fun more so what are you guys do when you do with your allergies let me know
I never really have had allergies up until like the last two years and then I just always get them during the spring and summer and they've been really bad the last couple years and so I've just been taking like an allergy pill like Sirtac like once a day but it doesn't help as much as I wish it did.
You know, knock on wood, I don't have any allergies, but everyone around me has them. And it seems that everyone is getting the over of the counter medicines and just trying to stay away as far as they can from those said allergies. it's hard, you know, depending on what it is.
I hate allergies that are the worst am I take medicine I'll take allergy medicine Claritin doesn't work I take gum It's like Walmart brand that's not Claritin I don't know Claritin doesn't work for me and then sometimes I use nose spray
When my allergies get pretty bad I do tend to just like be out like around the clock like allergy medicine and then on top of that oh usually use like Flonase to not sure if you're supposed to combine the two but I feel like the combination of both works pretty well
Keep an epipen in your purse if you have severe allergies, hives, nasal congestion, swelling, all that, swollen eyelids. Also, if you use nasal spray, keep nasal spray in your purse. Keep any critical life-saving medications in your purse, including asthma inhalers, because people with asthma, believe it or not, can suffer from severe allergies too. So, yeah.
What I usually do is just get some good rest, take a bunch of water. There's one thing you can do if it's more of a throat thing going on, you can gargle some warm salt water. But if it's really just your nose, then what I recommend is getting plenty of sleep and drinking plenty of water. There's also, you can drink, I believe it's warm water with some cinnamon in it, and that That'll definitely help out your whole system.
I just take my allergy medicine and hope and pray that it works and that I won't touch my eye at some point during the day and and get all the pollen in my eye.
