So I don't think I have asked about your fitness goals for 2023. My fitness goal for 2023 is just to, I guess, to maintain my body, make it tone it a little bit more and gain a little bit more muscle mass since I lost quite a while. But yeah, that's my fitness goal. but first of all, it's just being healthy and feeling good mentally, and physically. So yeah, what is your fitness goal if you want to share it?
Mine for 23 is still to keep recovering from my knee surgery that I had last year the people who told me that knee surgery was no joke they were not lying my recovery has been for ups and downs I am currently back in physical therapy again so definitely that and then I really want to grow my quads I can see my hamstrings and my upper body muscles pretty well but I can't see quads and I really wanna focus on growing those
Honestly I want more muscle mass I want my legs and glutes to grill and also I want to lose more body fat mainly around like my my waist and like my back and arms so yeah
So my finish school for 2023 is honestly just doing a lot more cardio last year I worked out a lot but I ignored cardio almost completely so doing cardio consistently at least three day three days during the week is some thing I'm trying to do and just get more toned in the healthy
Mine is to be like in the best shape possible, all that I've ever been in. But also, just to get back to like sprinting, I feel like I haven't done sprinting in a long time. And when I do it now, I always get out of breath really quick. So I'm going to try and focus on being able to sprint for longer distances and increase my recovery time. So that's definitely one of my goals for this year.
Hey y'all, I'm glad you asked because like I actually have this goal and it's just to get absolutely fucking jacked Um, it's a lot harder than you think it is when you want to eat a lot more food than like you physically can I've been working out for like four months now. I mean, we're we're going at it. We're doing it But I can't gain weight I can't! I've been maintaining 140 for so long and I hate it. It's perpetually pissing me off.
