Would you know how to fix a VHS player, Twangie? I just have this weird feeling like you would be able to fix it. I don't know. Maybe you don't know shit about that.
Your auntie it's really weird because I used to rewind a lot of the the films sorry that VHS is manually and I don't know why I wouldn't do that but it would take forever after watching a movie it is something cathartic by maybe It depends the traction when you put in the tape in the slot
Valid question however I do wonder if it's effective if it is necessary to like fix VCRs anymore given that you could literally go to a thrift shop and buy one for five dollars time time time time my friend is sometimes more valuable in the act itself but I got it because it seems like a good skill I guess my follow question for 20 would be is that still transferable
Yeah, but it's like not that easy to just find a vcr in a thrift store and if you do there's no guarantee It's gonna work. So how much time and money am I gonna spend buying? extra electronics and Wasting my money on them that don't work just so I can take them back to the fucking thrift store because if I don't repair this Vcr I have guess what I'm gonna do with it I'm gonna take it to the thrift store and they're gonna sell it not knowing or caring if it works or not so No.
Also you're acting like there's not value in Like keeping things out of the landfill Like yes, my time is valuable and I could maybe go find one for five books right now at the fucking Repair store at the thrift store, but then guess what then I have an an extra piece of electronics that I just I Don't understand I I mean, I will be fair though. I did look on Amazon
I did look on Amazon to see if I could buy one of those little like TVs that come with a VHS player attached in it, you know You can't buy those anymore brand new. I figured like could you go to like Walmart and buy one of those for like 50 bucks? Or do they literally not exist anymore like to buy new? because I tried to look to see if I could buy one new knowing it would work
I'm not knowledgeable as I used to be but those things are really hard to repair honestly and like when you I don't know that Name of the pieces at this point because I was really young when I did temper with it maybe like between the ages of five and eight I remember spending a lot of time with VHS players on But I didn't know what I was doing to be honest with you I had to be honest
