What is your favorite body part to train at the gym and why I would say that mine is probably back I just really love the look up sculpt it back and it gives you that hourglass figure especially if you're like training your legs very intensely And I feel like most people think that women nowadays just like the train legs but I honestly see that changing so much I see girls training chest shoulders back all the time and I'm so here for it and I love it so yeah what is your favorite body part to train and why comment down below

Ooh, I like this question. Legs is like love hate. Like it's so freaking hard, but it's fun. but I think I would have to say like my biceps, love those moves.

I posted a sound **** not too long ago and said the same exact thing. Working my back is my favorite. Just having a strong back and biceps, it's just my favorite. favorite so that's why.

Oh my gosh back there for sure chess is probably my second favorite day I still have a lot of body fat on me and it's been really hard for me to see my back muscles but now I'm starting to actually visibly be able to see them more and more and it's so exciting it's so rewarding actually hate training legs I I do it but I don't like to I would much rather train my upper body
