A good massage relaxes me, but when I cannot get that all the time, I like to really just sit outside and just listen to like the wind and the birds and stuff. really relax.

yeah I like to do that shit too just listen to nature and I'm sitting in grass and I'm blowing on your skin and listen to the animals and whatnot I I never got a massage though, I still gotta do that shit. I know that'll be great.

I like to do art in my garage so I just put on music sometimes I grab a drink sometimes I get coffee and I just paint or write or sculpt whatever is in my brain at the time.

Walking on the Riverwalk and listening to music really relaxes me and if it's too cold or if it's rainy The same thing but sending my house listen to music music it's like the ultimate relaxation for me

For me it will be listen to some music and walking to the beach I really really does help people a lot with the mental health and it's really relaxing when you go through a lot of stress or anything like that so yeah

Trust me, it will help you, bro. I've done this so many times in my career. It helps people refresh their minds, refresh their heads. You know, it helps everybody to like, let's cool off, let's chill, helps your mental health, music in your ears, whatever music it is, have a little walk in the beach with a dog or on your own, flowing stones in the water. That's me every day.
