Going to get straight to the point here. What's something you did that changed your life for the better? For me, it was actually pursuing grad school. I moved abroad to Australia. I got my degree there and then I moved back to the US and now I own my own business and I love everything that I did and relevance to that. And yeah, we'd love to hear what you did.
Some thing I did that change my life for the better I was reading a literally stop reading basically since I was in school and recently is your eye got a candle and I've been in joying reading up and loving reading and reading before bed and I feel like it's really helped me
I'm in it to myself that I need help on with my life because I've been managing myself my entire life and it's got overwhelming so I reached out and started seeing a therapist and psychologist and getting a medication and my life has improved a lot and especially my happiness and my outlook on my own life so yeah
I know this might sound a little cliché or something but after I went to the montage prom I found all the things that needed to be done so I quit my bad habits and made good habits I still kept a little bit bad habits but I lost a lot of bad habits and mental hospitals just changed my life
Wow, you know, I don't know you and obviously you don't know me, but I have to say I'm very proud of you for, you know, kicking that habit because we all know that that can be a very, very serious addiction. So, major respect to you. I hope you're doing well.
