I use Costco's vitamins. I just find they're easy. They have everything I need in it. I've tried the women's vitamins that are like ones that you swallow with water and then I've tried chewable ones so those are what I'm currently using.
OMG vitamins are so complicated. Most of the time they only give you expensive urine and most of the rest of the time sure they'll raise your blood levels but who cares about what's floating around in your blood what matters is the cell uptake of these vitamins which tends to be quite low hence why I recommend beef liver because it's a whole food source that's in the correct ratio and your body will much more readily absorb everything.
