Would you listen to music or watch TV shows at the gym? Personally when I used to run on the treadmill for like a half an hour or more I used to watch TV shows or videos on YouTube But now I changed my workout at gym and I only listen to music. about you.
I prefer listening to music but I actually just tried watching a movie or TV show the other day when I went to the gym it wasn't that bad but I don't know I just like like focusing and I'd rather just start listening to music
Personally, I would say neither. If I listened to anything it would have to be like a podcast or something. Yeah, I mean I only listen to music like once in the blue moon like you know I don't know.
I think I prefer music better because I kind of do increments with the music of how long I'm going to actually be at the gym so that kind of helps me get through a bit faster well it helps me mentally to think I'm getting through faster
I have to watch a show. A music just does not keep me focused enough or listen to a podcast but it's it's something about the engagement like I need to be engaged or I get super bored and and then I don't want to work out.
How do you focus on gym stuff then? I mean if you're on the treadmill then it's easier but if you're lifting or doing like a proper workout, then how can you focus on on a gym?
I would rather listen to music. It just pumps me up more. TV shows kind of relaxing to me. I'd rather watch TV like when I'm winding down for the night or something not when I'm trying to get amped up.
