No I can't sleep unless I say completely silent in the room if I hear any noise I just concentrate on the noise and then would you be awake for ages

Me before I used to listen music before I go to sleep but now as I've got older astonished means before sleep but I just have a listen to that version of rain rainfall sounds

I think that with music I'm gonna get distracted but I prefer to watch some kind of movie so that I just end up sleeping.

It doesn't make any sense when you can't sleep because I think it's too much and why would you say if he's gonna grab think of us and then asked song doesn't make sense I want to go see his top sleep

Absolutely not because that's only gonna keep me up longer so me personally I would like to take some melatonin and just like knock out for about eight hours and then wake up and just do it again
