I feel each one of us is aware that we all have red flags in you know personal relationships friendships family and I would like to hear from you guys share with me what is one of your biggest red flag and if you are aware of this problem and if you are willing to change it.

My biggest red flag is I don't like to be needed I like to be optional and if I don't fit into your schedule cool I'm not bothered by it and most people would want me to be crazy about them and I am just not crazy about hugging people

In relationships specifically, my red flag is definitely my ROCD, which is relationship OCD. So basically, it's like having OCD, but the themes are relationship based. So I constantly get thoughts like, what if I don't love my partner, or what if my partner doesn't love me? And they're just intrusive thoughts. and it can be tiring like before I was diagnosed.

Before I was diagnosed I didn't know what it was and I would think that those thoughts like were my intuition and so I would need constant reassurance and that's kind of tiring but now that I know what it is I do ERP which is Exposure and Response Prevention and it's so much better now like I know not to listen to those thoughts and not to let them give me so much anxiety.

I think I don't have many red flags but I think someone with a lisp obviously it's not that it's not out of their control and about someone with a lisp and someone who puts too much sauce on a plate
