OK so it's my favourite little kitchen a trick so if your brown sugar has gone hard most people are like oh no charge so I just throw it in the container and put a piece of bread in there nice piece of fluffy bread close it up and then the next morning you will have perfectly fluffy brown sugar again Did this all the fucking time because I forget to put the lid back on when I'm cooking or baking it's all the rotten greens of open for like a day and then it gets rockhard and then like shit but can you just fix it and you can do that as many times as you need
