What do you think is the downfall of sports games I play sports games like NBA on FIFA and every year I feel like less and less people are playing it for for me I would say that the reason why it's falling off is Loki because of that micro transactions and on and how like some competitive it's getting the online based I feel like it's getting hard not horrible like a scam or sweaty every year on FIFA for example they release on way too much content in my opinion I feel like the new content every year we can't just anything and you have to have FIFA points that even compete with anyone out there
For example like FIFA, people loved pro clubs but yet they didn't update it the way everyone wanted it to. They focused on Ultimate Team way too much and they took the arcade-iness away from the game. So yeah, that was the time of school.
I mean I don't think there is a downfall of sports games right now but if there was one it would be because of the lack of competitiveness are you not a handful of companies control the game is basically
I believe it's as you said in my opinion I believe it's because it is so competitive and it contains so much like so much is going on now what is back in the day you make it seem you know you got a draft for your team you got a look at statistics and you just have fun you know now it's is crazy how Complex games are getting it out that would be my say
Because there's not much room for change or Improvement or evolution in the games compared to other video games Right like for example if you're playing like fucking God of War or Elden Ring, you know the next game They can add some insane new boss or combat mechanic or some shit But when you have like sports like soccer football basketball, I mean you can't really add more stuff to those sports because otherwise It's no longer that sports right like you can't make a soccer stadium that's flying in the air and people are like kicking robotic culture.
Because people in our society right now is actually growing up and finally understanding that playing video games is completely a sort of algorithm to make us stray away from actually making money, being financially profitable. So now they're stopping, you know, playing games and trying to chase that back, but you know, maybe you should do the same, maybe you should get out of your ass, get out and get off your ass and make some money, you know, instead of being a bum living your mom's I hope to see you soon.
I feel like the downfall of a sports games that they just constantly release a new one every year graphics aren't really much of an app and upgrade it's just the same old thing all the time with like a few minor hysterical changes
If you take the fun out of it, what's the point? And that seems to be what's happening. Everything you just mentioned, that's what's taking the fun out of it. I don't play them anymore.
