Major News coming out in the mobile world with Samsung announcing that they are gonna be dropping Google as a default search engine from their mobile phones and moving over to Bing and chat GPT and this is pretty one of the biggest moves that I've seen in recent times from a large corporation against Google which kind of indicates that their stronghold on the industry and the general tech world is slipping what do you guys think
That's actually very interesting. I used to have a Huawei phone and obviously with everything happening between China and the US, they kind of dropped Google as well for their new phone. So when I needed to buy a new phone, I didn't want to buy the Huawei because I still wanted to be able to use Google and stuff. So I bought an iPhone again. And I think that for me, was like the major decision as to why I switched.
Because for me I've always been a big fan of Google and I think even this from Samsung would kind of make me Not want to get one, but I don't know maybe more tech savvy people are like more interested in in finding different alternatives instead of Google. but I'm just not there mentally yet.
This is news to me. I have a Samsung phone and I Google everything so I don't quite know how I feel about this but I think them adding chat GPT is pretty cool
Oh so I haven't really used Bing that much I haven't liked the results that I've gotten from that actually now I don't even know that I've used bang I know that I keep getting on whatever virus is that makes then friggin Yahoo your default search engine which is aggravating but that is really interesting my oh my how empires rise and fall Yeah it's gonna be interesting to see what happens
