Today for me just has not been like the best day like I haven't been like in the best mood and I'm trying to like snap out of it it might have something to do with weather but I just feel like I'm not giving my kids like 100% do you guys ever feel like that and if you do what do you do when that happens because it's Like as a mom you have to like, you know, be there mentally and physically, but how do you just snap out of it?
Honestly it's been a blessing for me to have the right people in my circle in my community whenever I'm going through something really hard because they can tell when I'm not acting like myself and they are quickly there to support me and encourage me and to echo beautiful truths about who I am and why it's important for me to pick up and to keep moving forward and so I think that's integral but then I also have specific Bible verses and affirmations that I speak over myself so that I don't stay in that dark place
This is such a good question because as moms it's like you have to snap out of your phone. Like your kids don't deserve that and so you have to de-escalate the situation really fast. For me, I have to engage in self-talk. Like I've become a person that I really have. I've learned to talk myself out of a funk. Because typically it's in my head anyway so then I just have to uno-reverse and talk myself back out of it. So yeah.
Yes, I'm definitely gonna work on just the way that I think about things and the way that I view things because like you said the kids don't deserve that. So yeah I'm gonna I'm gonna work on that
Oh girl yeah I'm sure a lot of moms of having bad days like this and it's totally like even right now as I'm talking my son is trying to climb up me and trying to remove the phone but anyways yeah girl don't feel bad for it we all have our bad days feel free to like you know just feel bad for a little bit but don't stay there too long you know
What helps me I would say is sometimes showering sometimes cleaning helps me sometimes just doing some thing that I like doing like a TV show so find some thing that you find happiness in
