Hey mama so it's about 7:45 PM in New York right now and I was wondering what time everyone goes to sleep my daughter usually goes to sleep around 730 and I don't go to bed when I have insomnia so bad it could range anywhere from like 12 till like two in the morning but yeah just wondering what time do you moms go to sleep and what time do you put your child down for bed
I go to bed anywhere between 10 PM and 1 AM just depends really and I'm up at six 530 6 o'clock every morning sometimes I sleep till 630 it depends if I don't fall asleep till one yeah
Yeah, that definitely sounds like my range. It really can be anywhere from like 10 p.m. to 1 or 2 in the morning. But can you function when you only have a little bit of sleep?
I normally go to bed probably between 10 and 11 and wake up probably about 730 I like need a ton of sleep but I'm starting like this roll UTC job next week and it's like live streaming and I'm doing it at night so I don't know how many steps along because I can barely stay up past Logan right now
I stay up really late Ramadan has really messed me up and then also insomnia from a stress I have had a lot of stuff going on this last couple of months it's really messed my sleep up
But I prefer to sleep at eight at the latest I mean I need 10 to 12 hours to function and I'm being straight honest like if I don't get enough I feel like tired all day
I used to be that 12 to 2 in the morning mama but lately I feel like for the last month I've been going to sleep when my baby goes to sleep around like 8.30 and it is wonderful I get up with a lot more energy and I can be more present for her. Yeah.
I put my boys to bed between 7.30 and 8. For me, I don't have a sleep schedule at all. That's something that I really need to work on. I will either stay up really, really late, or I'll fall asleep on the couch at 9 o'clock. So that's something that I need to work on, is getting a better sleep schedule.

Are usually go to bed around nine 3010 my son is 11 months and he breast-feed still any wakes up like every 2 to 3 hours if not more so I get like no sleep some nights so yeah That's fine
Wow good for you I remember those days of no sleep oh my gosh but yeah I stopped breast-feeding around for months because of my job But at least you go to bed at 9:30 I'm sure that helps a little bit
11 is definitely a good bedtime that's my goal I think 11 is like anywhere between like 11 and 12 if I can get to bed in between those hours I think I'll be good
