I take naps. The days that I get up early help me a lot. 20 minutes of sleep is enough. I see a bit different in my energy and mood after a nap. I know there are people who don't like to nap. up tell me are you one of them
I absolutely take a nap sometimes but helps me really get through my day after I get out of work and then I'll nap for a minute before I go and do my work out
It really depends to be honest like my work schedule is kind of wonky So I don't really get to take naps during the day like on my days off. I I mostly will take a nap for like an hour or so.
