Hey mama so my daughter is watching Miss Rachel she is nine months old and I just wanted to know what are some of your children's favorite TV shows when they were around one time and also how much screen time would you give them a day I'm really curious about that because I know a lot of times you know to get things done we use some screen time but yeah so far she's into Miss Rachel and she likes Elmo so I'm I really want her to watch stuff that's like educational I'm just not too sure What shows so yeah if you have any shows or recommendations please let me know
My baby loves all my one year-old he loves Miss Rachel for sure and then I'm OK with OK with her I don't mind Miss Rachel I'm in my four year-old really likes like watching a little YouTube kids show
I need describe me a better like kids playing video games or doing like some sort of challenge and I monitor it because YouTube can be your YouTube kids can be very sketch for sure and things can be hidden shouldn't be on there
But he just loves art and like other kids do things and stuff so that's what he's into right now he used to really like like the amazing friendly Spider-Man and whatever that show is just really cute and Blippy back in the day I didn't mind Whoopi either
When should I really wasn't a huge fan of it wasn't terrible but I'm Cocomelon kind of started to drive me nuts at first it wasn't so bad but the more you hear the songs the more you like OK gets kind of old
Yes I felt the same way about Cocomelon like at first it was cute when it would come on the little like opening Cocomelon she would love that but then everything started to sound just like robots to me so I had to stop it
I don't really have a certain limit on the screen time but I do just turned one in February and she knows how to work that iPad left right and Centre like YouTube kids she knows how to work it off
Like I don't want to sit there and watch it all day but like in the morning time when I'm having a coffee I definitely let her watch it and when she needs to whine down she definitely gets to watch it
I don't let her watch like silly things like she watches miss Rachel she watches Bluey and she watches these like little Disney lullaby things she absolutely loves them and then this little like Disney onion thing where this onion cries like a baby I know she loves it
I always forget about Bluey. I think I'm gonna try to put Bluey on and see if she likes it because I definitely want to switch it up. And can you tell me what the Disney lullaby things are? That sounds really cute.
This is probably going to tell you how old my kid is that I used to love to have my kid watch Yo Gabba Gabba and hell I liked to watch Yo Gabba Gabba with him. Okay. It was a lit time.
Yeah, it's actually a good question. With my daughter she likes Miss Rachel as well. And I find other shows like Co-Kamilin and these things, they're just too... I don't know, like, they're entertaining but not very educational much. So there's a thing here in UK it's called Mr. Tumble. I think it's quite good to be honest. You can check out of yourself and let me know.
Yeah, thanks for giving me that idea. I'm definitely going to have to check it out, especially since some of the shows are annoying like the Cocoa Melon. So yeah, I'll have to check that one out. Thanks for watching. I'll see you in the next video.
My babies favorite shows right now are Daniel Tiger, Bluey, Miss Rachel, and JoJo and Grand Grand and as far as screen time I say we give her a max of an hour and a half to two hours spread out.
But I try to make sure that most of her screen time is educational. So when she's watching like Bluey and Daniel Tiger and all that, which have educational undertones, but for the most part.
Those shows get the least amount and like Miss Rachel and her signing time, sign language shows and her alphabet learning and all that. gets more time than her entertainment ones.
So we really like to watch miss Rachel my oldest when she was born used to watch little baby bum but she overstimulated her so we stopped watching it with some really like blue's clues
It's also really like movies like Shrek Moana finding Dory so we don't just like watch shows and I don't really love my screen time because they aren't sitting there standing there watching TV all day to watch a little bit then I'll play in the wash little bit and I'll go play local hours or even look at the TV
Yes that's such a good idea I haven't really watched a lot of Disney movies with her but I probably should cause that I do love myself movie movies myself but yeah how old are your kids
Both my kids really liked Cocomelon but it is so annoying a little bit older age I'd say Daniel tiger is actually a really good show there's lotta good lessons in that one and there's a lot of educational shows number blocks alpha blocks and on YouTube you can find a lot of random educational videos
Thanks, I'm definitely gonna have to look into Daniel Tiger because I think a couple people mentioned that so I'm definitely gonna have to look into it. And yeah, definitely go on YouTube to try to look up educational ones. If you have a favorite one, feel free to share it because I know there's just an overwhelming amount on YouTube.
I don't filter too much out on my kiddos stuff, but like... yeah I don't think I... I don't think there is any shows I don't let them watch, but I feel like my kiddos haven't really started exploring on different like stuff because they're are young they don't know how to change the channel themselves so generally I I haven't anything yet.
