So update on my holistic journey my doctor said I have to make like a green juice every morning and then crack open an egg in it and eat like raw egg yolk with my juice which sounds really gross but apparently it's really good for your liver so I guess I'll do it

Oh I don't know if I could just drink a raw egg I don't know I think I think my brain would be like absolutely not

Yeah it sounds really gross and I'm not ready however I have been cracking up and cracking open an egg into my soup so the cooks like the yellow part so hopefully I won't be able to taste it I'll let you know
