Yo yo yo so this one is for the coding folks what are your thoughts on coding tests so you know when you apply it for a software engineering position for example and then the company give you like a take-home test on hacker rank for me I feel like some companies they do it right you know they try to sort of assess you properly and evaluate your skill set but for some coding tests I've I've just looked at them and thought to myself, this will never show up in my actual job. So what's the point of it, right? I feel like things in coding and programming can be taught by any job, you know? So as long as you have a candidate who has sort of the right attitude and enthusiasm for the role, I feel like everything else can be taught afterwards. but I'll back to your thoughts.
I think that's a general consensus among says they test you wanna like strains worst case scenario situation is not that I know the barcode I'm just come in about the test so they had to suck
