Do you feel makeup embraces your features or hides your flaws? I was having a debate with one of my friends about this and personally I think makeup embraces your features and it brings out a certain confidence and it doesn't matter how much you use or what it's for. I feel like makeup is a great way for someone to feel on top of the world. And there is really nothing wrong with that. But my friend was telling me it's more about insecurities and covering something up to basically take away from what's really there. And I don't know, what do you guys think?
I think that all depends on how you use it not onions like any other tool could be used for going to be used redo the whole part is Seeno hiding your flowers with her not to mention flying with your face
I don't think about makeup in either of those ways. To me, makeup is a mere means of accomplishing the goal of looking polished and put together, because I present myself to the world as a polished diamonds, not as a diamond in the rough. And the world treats me accordingly.
And this is something that women and men are no longer taught. We've all heard the golden rule to treat others how we want to be treated, but not enough of us were taught that others treat us how we appear to treat ourselves.
Similarly, it's unreasonable to expect the world to treat you better than you treat yourself. And how do you treat yourself on the outside mirrors how to treat yourself on the inside. So if you're showing the world that you don't even think that you're worth treating well, world responds in kind.
Now, none of this is unique to makeup, but a lot of these anti-makeup people meander in this direction and don't understand the benefits of presenting yourself as a polished diamond.
Let me just add that if the goal is to look polished and put together then that does exclude a lot of makeup looks. In this case, you want to go for more of a high society look, which is no makeup look plus one or plus two instead of an Instagram look.
For me personally, just applying a lipstick really makes me feel good about myself and It's not because I don't go high in some time or some flaw, but yeah, it just makes me feel good.
I love this question and I think the kind of makeup you want to do depends on like what you're looking for Like if you want to hide some pimples on your face, you know You can do that if you want to like enhance your face you can also do that whatever makes you feel great inside
He definitely does both like I personally use it to cover some of my flaws but I also use it to make my eyes pop so it's like a little bit of everything
I feel like make up embraces my features but at the same time it does have my flaws but I also I'm like a natural makeup girly Samosa time I'm like not even wearing make up and I really just try to focus on my skin care and then when I do wear make up it's a gray
