Do you feel makeup embraces your features or hides your flaws? I was having a debate with one of my friends about this and personally I think makeup embraces your features and it brings out a certain confidence and it doesn't matter how much you use or what it's for. I feel like makeup is a great way for someone to feel on top of the world. And there is really nothing wrong with that. But my friend was telling me it's more about insecurities and covering something up to basically take away from what's really there. And I don't know, what do you guys think?
It's too short. It's too much to answer in 15 seconds, but I do think makeup is a cover-up. It's called make-up cover-up. I don't think it's... To me, enhancing your beauty is working out and doing things that your body already has, not putting stuff on it.
I agree, it enhances features and it boosts confidence because it's creative. It's fun, it's inspiring. Like, yeah, we can hide our flaws, but at the end of the day, you can still see it right through that makeup.
I think it does a little bit of both for me. It definitely hides the one flaw that I hate most about and it's my dark circles ever since I was a teenager. I've had them and I've never been able to caret of them and covering them up
I feel like at the same time it covers up your falls but at the same time whenever it comes they say you got to scroll on your face I'll cover it in it with some make up oh yeah I feel better now I feel on top of the world like it depends on how much it depends on what you use it for
But it also depends what kind of luck you're going for because a certain look may or may not look appealing on one specific person's face while it does
Make up can embrace your natural features if you do it right and it can hide your flaws if you do it right back also make you look like a clown so it's just how you do your make up
I feel like it really depends on like how you put it on and your own intent behind it like I know growing up I feel like it definitely more like hit my flaws versus like now I feel like it embraces like my features
I think that make up embraces your features especially if you just like aren't doing anything crazy and can just go with a more natural look I think even if you do glam it can still in change your features so yeah
Honestly I feel like it could be both there's nothing wrong with wanting to hide something you're insecure about but I feel like make up can also in handsome like that one like those features that you like or what not
