OK so we're doing like a little Easter egg hunt for my one year old we're just gonna throw some eggs around the lawn we're not gonna hide them obviously because I don't think he'd really understand how to find them but I'm curious what you guys are using for your little ones filler just like in their eggs because I obviously don't really wanna put candy in my sons just because I'm not trying to fill them with a bunch of candy there is like a couple brands of candy that I found that are like zero sugar like no additive stuff like that so I plan on getting like some of those but I am so stuck on what else I could put in the eggs because I thought about getting some of like the little people but those will not fit in the egg so I'm just stuck and I need some ideas
That's a little hard because the Easter eggs are so small I am it there if your kids aren't like a little action figures like little figurines I probably say like stuff some like that in there
Yes it was super hard actually finding stuff I ended up finding like a little mini animal figures and some like squishy frogs and then some like little paper samples that fit in there so that's just what I did he's only one so he doesn't really understand so
Yeah this age is really hard because I'm right there with you I don't really want to give my one year-old candy it's a little bit easier for my four year-old I give him like a little bit of candy like some fruit snacks but you know he's older she's kind of easier to fill with other things like stickers and such so
Sorry it cut me off but I think I'm thinking for a one-year-old might be like it's kind of weird but maybe just like film with a little bit like Cheerios or the baby puffs I don't know if that's weird or not but it's some thing that's OK for him to eat and he loves it right now
So I saw a lot of people doing like Cheerios or baby puffs and stuff and I really wanted to do that but our grass was wet and I didn't want them to get soggy and I didn't have like any baggies to put put them in so I couldn't do that. It was so sad.
OK so I have my brothers right I'm basically their mom because my parents won't take care of them so basically go to dollar tree and get those plastic little toys and put them in there it's OK if he loses them they're only at
Okay, I totally wish that I would have saw this because I don't know why it didn't cross my mind to go to Dollar Tree because they have so many cute like little knickknacks. I'm really mad at myself because I don't know why I I didn't think of that.
I spoke to my mom front about this and I was like I am not putting anything in the in the egg because it's just like I can't think of some thing other than candy and I just don't want my daughter having too much candy have it right now so I
Yeah I was just really scared about or like not scared but I was very adamant and not letting my son like have canning is anxious because he's only one arm but I still want him to like have like the fun happy moment of opening the eggs
You know like you know the gumball machines at like the mall or like other stores and sometimes they have ones with like toys in them my sister got those little toys like she just put a bunch of coins and I got a bunch a little toys from those and put them in the eggs
Well, coming from a Latino family, we like to use eggshells, you know, like take out the yolk, put confetti inside, and decorate the eggs, then we throw the eggshells at each other and then confetti.
