I feel like Deadpool overall will win because first, he's a mortal, he cannot die. Second, he's a mercenary, he kills people for a living. Third, Spider-Man doesn't kill people for a living. He doesn't want to kill anybody. He just wants to subdue people and stop them from doing crime.
