Voldemort was the better villain because first of all he looked scarier, his face looked all messed up. Joker practically looked normal, just a bit of a paint on his face. And he's scared of the little kids so Voldemort just wins overall. And Joe Carr, I don't know, his green hair just didn't do it for me.
