Usually I work out during the night which is nice because there's no one there and I can kind of just relax and everything But I worked out today during the day. I feel really motivated and I feel like accomplished. What do you guys work out?
I normally work out at night for the same reason, but sometimes I'll work out in the midday or morning because oh no sometimes I just feel like doing it
Workout in the morning. Well, I like working out in the morning, but I don't know. It feels a lot better to start your day with a workout. Even though people are like, oh, you'll feel tired. You don't. You really don't. Just have your breakfast, work out in the morning. and you'll feel great.
OK the best for me is in the morning even though that rarely happens only because I don't have to think about it all day I already got it over with I already feel super accomplished but I am a night owl so I tend to do it later in the evening
