Usually I work out during the night which is nice because there's no one there and I can kind of just relax and everything But I worked out today during the day. I feel really motivated and I feel like accomplished. What do you guys work out?
Like I love my morning workouts, like early early morning workouts like 5 a.m. Those ones 6 a.m. chef's kiss, but honestly like if I didn't have a job and I had the luxury to just work out whenever I wanted to I probably would pick around an 8 a.m. 9 a.m. workout and then
I like to do it in the morning because like I could like wake up and I'm not gonna be like you know like that tired so I like doing my workouts in the morning
