My question is, what would you say if you got a significant other and you wake up that morning and it's like six kids around your bed and your significant other is looking at you and they say, I got six kids? What you gonna say? literally.

I'd probably feel upset because the person never told me, but I would accept them. I would not show a reaction because the kids are around, so I would definitely say, let's put on a movie and let's cook some dinner so we all can eat, put on a movie for them, let them watch it, and then talk to my partner in private. But I'd be very disappointed in my partner because honesty is a big thing and they should have displayed that.
