They do have to be aware that they are about to ask for an apology, but if they're not committed to change their behavior that is not valid.

They think that if they don't physically do something wrong, they didn't do anything wrong at all, which is incorrect. You are passive aggressive, you are stonewalling on purpose. I can.

I agree and I also think that people shouldn't make you apologize like don't say well I think you need to apologize because you did this to me allow for that person to come and apologize to you. guys
