Okay, so I like this one. Me and my husband recently did no sugar. Like no sugar for the whole month of February and when I tell you that was really good it was great.
Yeah, we cut out all sugar and obviously with how food is today, there's sugar and salt and everything, but we were more so talking about like literally candy, sugar drinks and sodas, all that stuff. cut that all out and it's been really good.
When we got off, when we got off of the sugar diet or sugar fast, um, our taste buds were so like in shock when we were able to eat sugar again. Everything was so sweet and even now it's still like oh my gosh it's so sweet.
I definitely recommend people trying to do the no sugar if it's not obviously you don't have to do it for a month But a day or even a week is good I lost, I definitely lost some weight from it and I was working out too but it's a 10 out of 10 recommend.
I don't know if this counts as a diet but I'm currently trying to avoid foods with too much added sugars so I'm trying to see what happens I'm even trying to avoid sugar all together if possible so
