So there's this dude and he brought a tape of some rock 'n' roll to sort a guitar to a tribe would never heard recorded music before and the word they gave for the distorted guitar roughly roughly translated to writing on top of time
I still feel like the translation of writing on top of time isn't quite right, but I like the feelings and imagery it elicits. I have a music story I want to tell you and it doesn't fit on any of your posts, so I'm gonna put it here
Growing up I had the same private music teacher all through from fifth grade till high school. He played all sorts of different instruments, flute, saxophone, clarinet, all the woodwinds. And he was a Jewish guy named Bernie Burke. but he had pictures of jackalopes everywhere.
Because people like to call him Bunny Buck and it was his little like mascot was Bunny Bucks Which I guess is another name for a jackalope Anyway, he wrote this song once and I don't remember much about it.
I just remember that the guitar player that worked in the music store where I had my music lessons He's saying this underground beat going... 🎵 Biggle, wiggle, wiggle, 🎵 Beagle, beagle, beagle, beagle, beagle, beagle, beagle, vertical
And again, I don't remember much about this song, but then my music teacher would sing verses over it and there would be like little background singers that would be like They even come with locks! Bagel bagel bagel Bagel bagel bagel even some time screaming.
I also remember singing this song from some morning talk show at camp about getting up early and making toast. Get up in the morning about 6am. Grab a little jelly, grab a little jam.
