I want to know how you handle heartbreak like what do you do to like not say engines bask in your sadness like where are you where is it that distract yourself and to think like about positive things to help you and I'll get over that hump of ending a relationship is Situationship cutting things off the ceiling like how do you get over I wanna know
I think I would take time to myself and really process what's going on. I think people forget that you need to process what just happened to you and and just take the time to have some self-care from that situation.
I 1000% agree with this because I want to process it you're able to digest it and then like you know come to the groups of like what is and then you're able then you can kind of start your healing journey you know what I mean so I agree
I felt you I've been on blocking these days because I have to protect my peace at all cost so I'm not even mad at you because if you not the one I meant to be and you messing up my pee do you want to go like I'm blocking you I don't care it's not even charge
I think we all just go through like a specific process of like basking or grief and everything but like sometimes journaling up like to that person or in a prayer journal really helps me and then also surrounding yourself with your girlfriend
As always helped uplift me, you know, when going through something like a breakup, because, you know, in a way that's what your friends are there for, to uplift you, get you out of the house, you know, make you laugh.
And also just let you continuously vent out all your emotions and your feelings because we go through like that angry, the sad, we go through all those things and there, there, when they're there, it just is really comforting.
I do believe journaling is a really good idea I don't journal as much as I would like to on my fuck I do a lot more as a kid but now that I'm older I don't journal as much but the friend piece I am most deaf
The friend part of just like having people surround you to uplift you and just to listen to you vent like sometimes just need to cry it out vent and then like you like OK now that I like you just gotta release the negative energy and then you like kind of go back to normal
And then like obviously that does take time like it's not like I just cry once that once and I'm good like obviously overtime and then I just finding like distractions obviously your friends like to get you at the house and be like that I totally agree that's the best way to do it
For me in the past I used to like cry and not eat for like a week straight but now I'm trying to actually like distract myself and keep myself busy so I don't think about it.
This is awesome because exactly what I do personally I just exert my energy into something positive like special hobbies that I like like and I just literally put my productivity into things that
Literally put my productivity into something that I truly truly enjoy and like I just invest my time there so I'm kind of like yeah you really don't think about it and then you're just in one of like a positive spirit because you're doing more of like what you love and then it's just like a great distraction so I agree
Oh no I think you got it as adults we heal quicker than cage but you gotta head agreement. But once that's over step out man getting the clubs getting a lounges talk to new people
I agree with you to a certain extent because it does take because when you say grown-ups adults some people are still just not mentally mature so I feel like I can still take you a while you know what I'm saying
It's kind of like for those who didn't really you know that don't really learn from their lessons and kind of keep making the same mistakes over and over and over again I feel like it's still gonna take those types of people a long time to heal and I'll be holding on Ted
I am Nuviola I'm drunk as fuck right now on yes like that if my heart is broken for all your voice relation to say you're lying allowed to I'm drunk at fault
First I accept that it's over and then I give myself time to process everything that happened. I sit down with my emotions, feel them, acknowledge them and then...
I talk things out with my friends and unload everything off my chest, things that bothers me until I feel like a lot better and I remind myself that what's meant to be will be.
Ruby I absolutely love you your breakdown of your process of healing I really do think it's really good till I kind of sit down they just let what has happened like register and then kind of like get into the mood
And then you like getting into the motives of acceptance and then you know having your friends like as the perfect outlet to like you know if them to be there to vent and like to talk everything out and I feel like just that just kind of releases the energy
But the fact that you were actually able to heal really quickly like I absolutely love that for you because it's literally moving on is like the hardest thing and then I cannot like what's big lately like what they call court cutting was even if you're not into that type of stuff but like
But like being able to just release those negative energies from like your you know just move out of your energy it's like a good feeling so you're able to like you know just actually like be able to close that chapter and MoveOn
Definitely waiting on the ice cream challenge to do much rock but music in general but suites are my heart so that makes sense I'm here for you not to another movie after it'll be the vibes of a heartbreak I get it
