I personally don't like wearing shorts at the gym because whenever I don't know if it has happened to you but like whenever you sit down in this like leather-ish plastic is equipment you know you're there, you're working out and you stand up and your legs like unstick from the seat and it hurts and I don't know I don't like that I find it really annoying for that reason yeah I I wear my shorts when I'm out hiking, doing any outdoor kind of exercise or like yoga but not at the gym. Plus, I kind of want to put my bare legs on like, unclean surfaces even if you wipe them like I don't know
I don't like wearing shorts at the gym because I have really thick thighs. It's either going to be pants or a long shirt and some long biker shorts. So like, I would rather not.
I prefer shorts over leggings I don't like the way leggings feel when I work out I don't know if that makes sense but like if I sweat or anything like that feeling of the tight legging throws me off
