Hey mamas, I just wanted to hop on and do a random question of the night real quick. So my random question is, are you a co-sleeper? Personally for me when my kids were babies, they really didn't co-sleep with me. I wanted to get them used to sleeping in their own beds. I think we only really co-slept at nap time but they all had a rocker that I used to put them in when they were babies that was just my preference but as they got a little bit bigger I transitioned them into a playpin but honestly all three of my kids slept in my room until they were probably like two or three years old that's just because I wanted them to be close because they always woke up in the middle of the night. But were you a co-sleeper when your child was a baby?
I breast-feed both my baby so I could sleep with both because of my first without my husband in the bed thank god cause I don't know how people deal with your husband in the bed he sat on the couch and then
My hubby's biggest worry was one of us rolling over on one of the babies while we slept that's why we weren't big on cosleeping and in our state it's like a law that the baby Hass to have their own bed
So I co-slept with all three of my kids. Connor, my oldest, I co-slept with him until he was like two. and getting him into his own bed was super easy. I had no problem with him.
With Clara I've called slept with her for maybe like a couple months after I finally got to bring her home and then after that she just slept in like the bassinet right next to me
Same I had no issues getting them to sleep in their own bed save away sleep in their own beds but they were always in my room with me but also I had no issues with that either
After we co-slept in the bed with them, I had their best in it and I would have their best in it on my side of the bed. and then after that, after they were too big for their bassinet, I would transfer them over to their crib and it was super easy after that.
Yes I could've slept with our first son and he's actually still in our bed he's one and a half and then his brother who is four months old also sleeps with us so there's four of us total
I was definitely cosleeper with my kid when he was a baby I used to breast-feed him as well and it was just easier for me to have him right next to me but by the time he was too I had to go ahead and transition him to his bed so he can get acclimated with it
I definitely co-slept. My son is still currently sleeping in my room at the moment but I do plan on getting him a toddler bed very soon so that way he can have his own little little bed. They'll probably still stay in my room for now but we'll see how it goes.
So with my oldest I didn't go to sleep with her until she was about six months old and that's because I tried to transition her from the playpen to a crib and she just screamed and I I needed sleep
With my second eye course that literally from the day she was born like I was sleeping with her in the hospital bed and then I put her in her own bed at about a year old and she is done wow she does he wanna come to my bed
We did not co-sleep, but he was like in a bedside bassinet. And then with my daughter, we did end up co-sleeping, which we still sometimes do now and she's almost two.
I didn't co-sleep with any of my children. I am an extremely heavy sleeper. Like you could nudge me a crap ton and I still probably won't wake up for a hot minute. So I just didn't feel comfortable co-sleeping with my children. So yeah, they all had cribs.
