Do any of you guys disassociate from real world issues and things that are actually going on in life and just focusing on what you need to do on a daily basis or not even focusing on anything at all just like I guess dreaming make it to you guys asleep are you guys awake are you guys doing anything to affect the real world right now are you like I guess sleeping you know

Don't think that I'm sleeping or awake I think I'm just constantly dreaming and I feel like I don't know I will cut like I will indulge in what's going on in real time every once in a while but most of the time I'm in my own world and I don't care what's going on outside of it

Really mentioned it two ways but the main way that I meant is when people ask you are like did you see this happen oh my god this is happening but I'm a little blah and you're just so desensitized and un d by because you really don't care and you don't even pay attention to it at this point like when shit happens you just don't

Also kind of mental because there are people in this world who are very like living for other people or everything that they do isn't for themselves but I need it like are you just constantly just doing small things for yourself instead of focusing on everything else
