Behold! My first post isn't about the upcoming superman, spoiler talk, but it is about K-pop demon hunters First off, thank you for putting up with us, putting up with me, for an extended stereo hiatus LIFE Second of all, just watched kpop Demon Hunters after a lot of prodding It's alright, like... It tries to be an anime and a musical and... Like I applaud what they're trying to do, the story and the music yes it works but go for a musical there's so many ways to make something work just try to make it your songs can be catchy that's all what credits do but the more I think about it just feels like it's a six and a half out of ten being generous like with kpop dream hunters like it's it should be a win for sony and they're putting it on theaters for the sing-along version but make it a full-on musical and actually like weave the music into the fabric of the story better right i mean you're gonna have a musical story you know with and from a Korean anime style twist. Do it, but do it better. It just feels like... You know, the state of K-Pop, like, and I mean, like, how international it's been in the last 15, you know, gosh, like, 15, almost like pushing 20 years now since the Super Junior Reign era, you know, it's just become, you know, too whitewashed. I'm sorry, but, like, it's lost a lot of authenticity, you know and it's just like the machine pumping it out for, you know, algorithms.
