I used to care about calories a lot more when I was younger, but now I look more at the nutritional content I don't really care about calories anymore Unless it's like of course something process. I think I look at them, but um Yeah, I care about the sugar content or like so many weird like chemical names and you know process foods or just protein and all nutritional content because I want to have a more like violence diet and I don't really care like how many calories unless it's something like process and sort of new to me that I'm like curious about. Other than that I care more about what I put in my body when it comes to ingredients and nutritional content.
I don't think calories is that important because you can be eating some thing really healthy and it'll just have more calories as opposed to really focusing on nutritional content in the value in what you're eating that's not me when I tell you focus more on
Honestly I never cared about calories I used to read the nutritional content when I would eat and stuff but right now I'm in the face and I really care but I'm not eating a lot of junk food
Definitely the nutritional content. When I was like a couple years ago when I first was starting my journey I cared more about the calories but I feel like now I could care less and it's more. Not that I could care less but I definitely prioritize nutritional content more.
