DEI initiatives are basically giving certain groups priority over others. In true equality, we're all given the same treatment. And just because you're a visible minority or LGBTQ doesn't mean you need special treatments. We're all equal.

I respect and I listen to your response but, truly, your response lets me know a couple things. One, you do not actually know who DEI initiatives actually assist and help. Um, minorities, especially African Americans are on the bottom of that list when it comes to this so-called special treatment because we aren't equal We'll never be equal. There is no equality in America. It doesn't exist
