I'm the exact same, I just not comfortable in uh high heat temperatures and there's not much you can do, at least where I live, to cool down at times when it's hot but if it's cold you do things to warm up, you can put on layers and stuff. so um yeah, we had a few heat waves here and my god it was not comfortable.
