So, if I'm depressed yeah let's say about a certain situation, then that's just my state of mind right and that certain situation. I can change that by changing the situation, right. So therefore, if I can pull myself out of depression by changing that situation, then depression is just a state of mind. It's not real it's what we do to ourselves
Some things I feel like you just can't change. Considering my situation and where I can get into detail, you just can't change certain situations. Things just happen like that.
Yeah, some things are harder to change, granted. But they can be changed. There's just ways around it. Sometimes you just can't change it yourself and you need other people to help you. That's okay. Ask for help. There might be people that can help you change what you're needing to change. And if it's society in general, then just move to a different country.
