headphones are better at least because it's like covers your whole ear stuff in your ear I don't like iPods in your ear I like to cover up my whole ear so headphones.

Headphones, most definitely. I got these $300 JBL things bro. So much better than AirPods. I literally took my AirPods and gave them to a friend after I got these. like, bro, they're so fucking good.
