Okay, so I want to know is there a movie or TV show that you like to watch to just or not even really watch it's really watching you because you put it on knowing that you're not gonna finish it because all you're gonna do is fall asleep. We like to call that sleep denial, right? When you say, oh, I'm going to watch TV, and then you put on a certain show. My partner's is murder, she wrote. Yeah, and it immediately puts you to sleep, right? I put it on for a minute, let her fall asleep, and then watch what I want.

You know, I don't particularly have a movie, but what I do like to do, I like to listen to mysteries, stories on YouTube with my phone beside the bed. That helps me go to sleep real nice.

Trust me you shoot those stores will change your life they got some range from 5 to 6 hours law to hold audiobooks and he was a star is this like 30 minutes long but very good

My go-to for when I want to go to sleep is sleep music on YouTube. There's some amazing like, soft, fagile tones that really help you relax. great for meditating too, but great for deep sleep.

Yeah, I use on YouTube kids, I use the one with the baby motart for my little one. So yeah, I like those.

Mine are the TV show Teen Wolf and Blue Bloods which I'm watching now But I fell asleep earlier. I had to get up and finish watching it Yeah

I don't know if that's fall asleep but I have, when I'm looking for just background noise, I feel like because I know friends so well, that's like a good background show and I don't I don't want to think too much about what I'm watching.
