Why is football manager so good?

I never played it to be honest I've never got into it I love people love it things are so good cause it's proper realistic and just very addictive

I haven't played it but a lot of people say it's good and it looks mad so I'm after to play it soon.

What is the good thing about fu managers that most things are like it as in the real life where the lot of information that you can just control the team like most of things are just too great in that game
