Hello there with another post, just wanted to make a post here, I just want to know is anyone doing self-improvement or on the self-improvement journey? Me personally I'm not on it, but I'm looking to get back into self-improvement. Because I'm shit at the minute, I'm just being binge eating and stuff, so I'm going to try and get back into the fitness routine and just try and get into self-improvement again. But I would like to hear what your thoughts are, are you doing self-improvement or are you just not? Or do you just think it's a waste of time? But I would like to hear your thoughts and what you think.
