No, no, you're not wrong for going to no district manager. They are fucking not on your team. And they're out here just going against you instead of worrying about the situation to get solved. That's not professional. You go ahead and you go to where you need to go. I don't care. This is not the streets. No, this is work. You go ahead and you snitch. You know, I'm saying this, whatever you call it, you report until you feel satisfied.

Ridiculous that you can't ask for when your break is. Every job is required to have employees take their break. And not only have their break, but if you want to know when your break is, that manager needs to tell you because that's that manager's job. I don't care how much of a bad day he had. I don't care how much, no. If you can't handle being a manager, you don't need to be a manager. It's that simple.

Alright, so like, what you gotta do is like, I'm not saying quit, but you have to deal with it. Like, you have to deal with it until you keep trying to find evidence on like her behavior. Otherwise, you just have to deal with it. Or like, if you think you have good opportunities, jobs, somewhere, you should quit. If not, you feel like that's the only job you have and that's the only job you can get, then you should have to deal with it and follow the first plan.

Wait, why do you feel guilty? You're doing what has to be done to ensure that this behavior doesn't occur again. Do not feel guilty over this. She acted out of line, despite her position in the workplace. Do not let that happen again and do what you need to do.

Absolutely not. You should not feel bad at all. None. Because she was in the wrong. 100%. She was wrong for yelling at you. All she had to do was nicely and say, Okay, why don't you take a break in a half an hour or an hour? You know, that's all she had to do. Be nice. No, she had to scream at you and make you look, you know, embarrassing. You know, I would not feel bad.

I'm a little bit confused. How are you going to go and report your manager for disrespecting you and then feel guilty? Listen, like, if someone disrespects you, you don't feel good when someone disrespects you. Because it's just not right. You feel like they're talking down on you or they're doing something that's just obviously disrespecting you. So, reporting her was the right thing to do. I don't know why you should feel guilty.
