I would try any of that stuff, but just check the ingredients. This soy lechon is in everything. I'm going on a soy, gluten, and dairy-free diet, and soy lechon is in everything. That's what disrupted my thyroid in the first place, and it's in everything.

Yo, I really have to like it's really crazy that the soys and everything like these energy bars I used to eat that would help me They were all natural and all this shit, at least I thought but yeah, they had the soy added to that I used to drink soy milk I had to stop drinking that all the extra hormones that's in it and the extra estrogen that's in it It's a lot going on with that soy shit. I'm here with you on that. It threw my whole like hormones off as well Yeah, this shit ain't healthy

You know, every time I attempt to unbag my bag, I see shit like this. Now I was about to do a food detox because I'm right in the middle of a spiritual detox and I just detoxed and cut my hair. But this is bullshit. But I tried though. I, you know, I'm not going to not try it. Okay, bye.

I did. I did. I cut it. I had to cut it again a little bit when I woke up this morning because I saw some You know, it's so curly and tight that when you pull it you can that's when you can really see what needs to be cut But yeah, I cut it. I like it. Next stop. I'm probably gonna end up dying it too. Maybe blonde again. Who knows?
