I was meant to be at the gym an hour ago and that's how long I've been trying to figure out how to use this lock. What are the chances that it's faulty? It's brand new? You know, I've watched a 10-minute YouTube tutorial and still I can't fucking work it out. It's probably me, isn't it?

So what you do is you take the top of the lock and you push it down. You set the code whilst you're holding it down and then when you lift it back up again it should be the code you require to open the lock. Make sure that the little edgy bit is aligned so that you can push it fully down when you're setting the lock code.
