I think one of the major cores of being a solid significant other is to show up for your partner. Show up when they need you the most.

You know, there's this notion and this idea that they're saying that men are allowed to cheat. I don't believe in cheating. I think if you have a partner, loyalty is one of the most important things, and trust, but also loving God. So God first.

Show up is a definitely must because if I'm there showing up for you cheering you on being your cheerleader I too need to be a cheerleader. I too need my cheerleader because I'm a football player and I'm looking for my cheerleader too.

I also think both should get therapy. That will really help too. It's gonna help. Couples therapy is great. Individual therapy is great. Just to have that clarity and to be more self-aware.
