Look, I get that technology and social progress have made it easier for everyone to be more independent but saying we don't need men misses the point. Hey Tammy, how I feel when I hear a woman say I don't need a man, it can be a plethora of different things so I only focus on one side of it. When I hear that I think of I don't need a man to survive. I don't need a man to take care of myself. I don't need a man to have to give me a roof over my head or money in my pockets. That's the first thing I think of when I hear that which I definitely don't run away from or have a problem with.
