I was old and was a new. I love the new person that I am. I'm enjoying getting to know this new version of me and hopefully I keep evolving. You have to keep evolving in order to keep growth and keep learning and keep healing. You can't keep holding on to them old traits. If those old traits are holding you back and kept you in whatever bullshit you was in before, embrace the change.

Embracing the change is like stepping into your purpose, because we can only get there, we can only rise from being at a low point, right? So embracing it, it makes it all worthwhile.
