No, I think Tupac's better at rapping specifically. I don't think there's any rapper that can out-rap Tupac, but I'm saying when it comes to other genres of music, like if they did reggae or they did some kind of hip-hop or whatever, I think Biggie would be better because he was a better singer. Like Tupac couldn't really sing, he was just really good at rapping, you know what I'm saying?
